Two teenagers were killed and another remains in critical condition in a fatal car crash after the car they were in crashed into a tree in Plano, Texas on Friday night. According to authorities, the Porsche Macan was heading south along Mira Vista Boulevard at around 11:30 p.m. The car was reportedly travelling at a high speed when it crashed into the tree and caught fire.
Two of the car’s passengers were found dead in the burning car, while the other appeared to have been thrown out of the car, lying on the ground. She was quickly brought to a nearby hospital by Plano Fire-Rescue, where she remains in serious critical. Although police have not officially revealed the names of the victims, friends and family who arrived at the scene of the accident identified the fatalities as Samantha Sacks and Lilly Davis, students of Shepton High School.
