A multi-vehicle crash in Montgomery County, Texas caused the deaths of three people and put a child in critical condition. According to police, the driver of the 18-wheeler truck has been positively identified by witnesses as slamming into four cars, and killing three people and injuring a child in the process. Texas DPS officials have charged a Chad Fletcher, age 37.
